Everything was nice, newly decorated hotel, the location was handy close to airport, Manhattan and the Train. The room was new-fashioned and functional, ideal for 2 nights. The staff was especially helpful, professional all the time. They helped us get a shuttle to airport. The food we tried was amazing and they have a wide range of meals to choose from. We appreciated our stay there, it was pleasant.

We loved the remote location and how fairly clean the place was kept. The breakfast had plenty of selection, the food was appetising! We spent 1 night in king room with toiletries and 2 computers.

Improvements could be made in terms of clearer parking instructions and maintenance issues, such as flickering lights.

Lack of porter service: It would have been helpful to have porters available to assist with luggage. I had to handle my bags on my own during check, in and check, out, which was a bit inconvenient.
